There are 16 executive office suites. Seven offices are leased and nine are still available. In the middle of the 8,000-square-foot facility, there are two event rooms. One of the rooms can hold 34 people and the other holds 100. Each event room has seating and TVs that can connect to a phone or laptop.
Offices surround the event rooms. Sizes of the office space range depending upon what a tenant needs. Some of the larger office spaces are 600 square feet and some of the smaller spaces are 160 to 400 square feet. One side of the building has a conference room for 12 people and another conference room can seat six people. There is a model office that can be leased hourly, daily or for a full week.
“I had an opportunity to sell it, but I didn’t want to sell it because my heart is here,” Ivey said.
Three years ago, Ivey sold his practice, Advantage Healthcare of Spartanburg, to a doctor that used to work for him.
Ivey said that earlier in his career, he started his practice at another location that was down the street from what is now The Palms on White, then moved the practice to a larger location.
“We’re here to give our tenants a peace of mind while they grow their business,” said LaTasha Bonner, manager of The Palms on White Executive Offices and Event Center.
